Start by combining 1 cup of flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together 3/4 cup of milk, 1 egg, and 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth batter forms. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake.
