Sign the contract and continue with life normally. Nothing changes.

Inform your coach of this opportunity.

Formally inform your university and compliance department (as per your State Law) of this opportunity before signing your contract. Also, inform Student-Athlete.co Leadership. This assists Texas students in identifying any conflicts or non-permitted agreements.

 Scenario 5

Let it slip with classmates that the Dean is experiencing a nasty divorce. Oops!

Comfort the student, acknowledge that this must be tough. Maintain professionalism by honoring client privacy of this non-public information. 

 Scenario 6

Apologize to student. Communicate the importance of obtaining their consent, as well as their parents, before capturing photos or videos. Delete the video, and ask the parent and trainee for consent post-session. 

Capture the video without obtaining parent and trainee's consent.  Post it to social media, tagging SA.co and your trainee's parents. 

 Scenario 7

Thank them and decline the tip. Inform them that accepting this tip would jeapordize NCAA eligibility. Instead, writing you a glowing review on SA.co's google reviews that explicitly mentions your name would go a long way.

Accept the tip this time and don't report it. Let the parent know that moving forward, you'd prefer a review.

Cancel your sessions day-of.

Inform SA.co leadership of the added pressure these next two weeks will bring. They can reschedule with your trainees on your behalf.

Attend all sessions as planned semi-distracted. Put your final grade and your academic standing/ eligibility at risk.
